This week we take a look at he of the behemoth beard, JASON AARON!

Jason Aaron writes comic books. Like the New York Times bestselling crime series SCALPED for DC/Vertigo and a whole slew of X-MEN titles and offbeat stories around the Marvel universe. Current projects include THOR and STAR WARS for Marvel, and SOUTHERN BASTARDS for Image Comics. He was born in Alabama but currently resides in Kansas City. He enjoys many things, but shaving is not one of them.

This week we focus on the brilliant BRANDON GRAHAM!

Born in Oregon, Graham grew up in Seattle, Washington, where he was a graffiti artist.[1] He wrote and illustrated comic books for Antarctic Press and Radio Comix, but got his start drawing pornographic comics like Pillow Fight and Multiple Warheads (Warheads would go on to become its own comic published by Oni Press in 2007).[2] In 1997, he moved to New York City where he found work with NBM Publishing and became a founding member of comics collective Meathaus. His book Escalator was published by Alternative Comics in January 2005, when he returned to Seattle. His book King City was published by Tokyopop in 2007 and was nominated for an Eisner Award.[3] In May 2009 Graham announced that King City would continue publication at Image Comics and his Oni Press title Multiple Warheads would resume publication after a delay, this time in color.[4] Also at Image he is the writer on Prophet, the return of a 1990s series, with the rotating roster of artists Giannis Milonogiannis, Farel Dalrymple, and Simon Roy.

This week we focus on the gorgeous GAIL SIMONE!!

Gail Simone is an American writer of comic books. Best known for penning DC's Birds of Prey, her other notable works include Secret Six, Welcome to Tranquility, The All-New Atom, Deadpool, and Wonder Woman.
In 2011, she became the writer for Batgirl. Though fired from Batgirl in December 2012 by the title's incoming editor, Brian Cunningham, she was rehired on December 21 after DC received backlash from fans.
She became the writer for a new Red Sonja series in 2013 with Dynamite Entertainment. She is also one of the longest running female writers to work in the trenches of mainstream Super-Hero comics.

This week we focus on the mighty MATT KINDT!

Matt Kindt is the New York Times Best-Selling writer and artist of the comics and graphic novels Dept. H, Mind MGMT, Revolver, 3 Story, Super Spy, 2 Sisters, and Pistolwhip, as well as Justice League of America (DC), Spider-Man (Marvel), Unity, Ninjak, Rai, and Divinity (Valiant). He has been nominated for 4 Eisner and 6 Harvey Awards (and won once). His work has been published in French, Spanish, Italian, German and Korean.

Matt has been making comics all his life and has been doing it full-time as a "real" job since 2003. Seriously...he has the best job ever.
