Free Comic Book Day is a single day - the first Saturday in May each year - when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely FREE* to anyone who comes into their stores. (Limit 2 comics per customer) This is a family friendly event for comic fans of all ages, so bring the kids and get 'em hooked early!

* Not every comic book in the store is free. There is a specific selection of Free Comics available to choose from.
