It's almost Valentine's day and I'm sure you will all be waay to busy with your significant other(s) this weekend to worry about reading comics, but for those of you who MIGHT be spending the day alone, oh so horribly alone, we have comics to keep you warm!! Unlike your ex boy/girlfriend, comics will never judge you, yell at you, hit you, destroy your mental ability to get through the day.. ahem whoops, gettin personal there.... anyway, yeah COMIX!!!
Wow, talk about sh*t show...not only is this video super late in going up, but Morgan and Casey flub it through another colossal week of comics amidst the Seahawks frenzy that engulfed downtown Seattle today. Will brings you a full onslauight of Marvel #1's, including the much talked about Ms. Marvel and Anna chimes in with some great hardcovers that are weird, scary and just downright bizarre!

News has broken to the press! Mysterious death at the Vatican! Detective Charlie Northern has always been a fan of conspiracy theories, but he believes the confusing twists and turns of his investigation can be pin-pointed to one person: Cardinal Gianfranco Tsocianni.
The closer Northern gets to uncovering the secrests of the Catholic Church, the more doors Tsocianni closes. While Tsocianni claims Northern's lack of faith makes him a bad detective, Northern knows that it may be the one reason he will crack this case wide open.

It's a special holidaZe edition of out weekly youtube-y nonsense and what better gift to give than comics?!! While there may not be a whole lot of releases this week, that doesn't mean the CSSG team is any less excited about the books, especially Will who was the only one foolish enough to don that goofy ass Santa hat Perry has kept in the bathroom since 1980 something.
All kidding aside, a very happy holidays to you and yours from the CSSG team and ZANADU COMICS!!
(oh, and we drop that old school Sprite/Voltron knowledge on you unsuspecting folk-- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdrnqRKNJSo (in case you don't know)

RECOMMENDED BY SAM THE VIDEO MONKEY!!
With the failure of the Video Monkey to properly count us in this week, things kinda degenerated from there as Morgan and Casey try to pull together some sort of quasi interesting video from the place where the sun don' shine. Thankfully, due to their immense professionalism and extensive knowledge of perfectly crafted buzzwords, the degenerate duo hits you like a Jack Kirby BOOM! tube to the face-- transporting you away from the dreary existence of a fog filled Wednesday to the fantastical realms of imagination! (and psychedelic gradients, obviously)
Holy crap there were so many comics this week that Morgan and Casey had to don their mystical t-shirts of cosmic power in order to sift the gems out of the giant pile of multicolored madness dropping on this gloriously crisp and clear Seattle day. (I know, crazy right?) Join us for zombies, teenaged demi-gods, teenaged cops from the future, chainsaw wielding cowboys and much, much more!!
ROBOCOP TP(W) Frank Miller (A) Juan Jose Ryp
For the first time in years, fans will get the chance to see Robocop 2 as Frank Miller envisioned. This series adapts the famous Frank Miller Robocop 2 screenplay into an epic 9 issue run full of malicious black humor, offviolence, and insanity! This book packs all the punches that fans craved from the sequel and so much more!
ROBOCOP: LAST STAND #1(W) Frank Miller, Steven Grant (A) Korkut Oztekin
FRANK MILLER'S VISION FOR ROBOCOP'S FINAL CHAPTER REVEALED! Frank Miller's incredible unproduced screenplay has been brought to life in this hardhitting Steven Grant (2 GUNS, PUNISHER: CIRCLE OF BLOOD) penned the adaptation. With all the brains, guts, and bullets that made the first film an instant classic, this is a comic event not to miss. The police force has disbanded. The people of Detroit have been evicted from their homes. ED209s and OCP officers run the streets. With OCP's vision for Delta City well underway, Robocop may be his city's last hope. This is Robocop's last stand, as it was always intended to be.
And a horrible Wednesday morning to all you haters out there in comicland! Welcome to this week's Hate-O-Thon 2099, where the most hate filled comic monkeys this side of the San Diego zoo, Morgan and Casey, do what they do best--and no this ain't no Wolverine joke. We hate on so many comics this week it's amazing that anyone who comes within a 10 feet radius of us doesn't just keel over from the sheer amount of hate that we radiate. So grab your gold encrusted goblet, your purple robe, big ass hat and shiny diamond studded cane and get your ass down to the store and get some damn comics!!!
Hate hate hate hate hate hate hate!!!
(I hate because I'm jealous of how awesome these comics are) - Casey
(My programming will allow me to do nothing but hate. It is no longer a feeling, but a way of life.)- Morgan
